These folks are great and they do a great job and the service is not like it use to be back when they were called Heritage Ford. Heritage ford was not a good place to buy from or have work done but the folks here at Ford Lincoln of Cookeville are a better quality place to do business so I highly recommend this Ford dealership. The service department gets you in and out fast. I appreciate the folks in that department as I deal with them on a regular basis. Devan is a Great salesman.
This place is clean and the staff is so friendly! There is no pressure to buy and they are very patient with requests. We looked at 4 different vehicles that the salesman pulled up for us to look at and thoroughly explained everything. 10/10 recommend this place.
Doug Phillips was awesome to work with. The owner also came out and was very pleasant and accommodating. As far as car buying goes, this was a good experience.
