Ordered over 2 hours ago. Just got the very cold food. This has happened before a few times, so I know it isn’t the drivers faults. Although, when I try and call it just rings regardless if it is business hours or no. Never again, get your stuff together We Deliver !!!

We Deliver Smyrna was fast and the food was HOT, much faster than any other delivery service in Smyrna. Great job keep it up!!
About twice the price of doordash and typically takes twice as long. Have had a few orders take several hours and once got only half my food about 3 hours after ordered and was told they'd be right back with the rest, I ended up going to bed hungry, but they still charged me for it all. I had to argue just to get refunded for the items I didn't recieve, and still got charged the 6 dollar tip and 3 dollar delivery fee, last resort orders are about all I can recommend, customer service is pitiful and unacceptable.
My driver was in contact and kept me updated on my other status and even called to let me know it was running a little behind. He was extremely polite. Will use again when stuck at work and starving.
My food arrived within 20 minutes and my delivery driver Samantha was very polite, and verrry easy on the eyes :)
Over 2 hours later and still don't have my ice cream and drinks when the website said an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. I called customer service an hour ago and told them it was late. Lady on the phone said it would be another 30 minutes to 45! Its now been OVER another hour. I contact customer service again and the order never got picked up. So the customer service Lady LIED to me twice about "contacting the driver!!" We deliver, you just lost yet another customer and based off other reviews, if you don't get it together soon enough you will not have a business at all!!! Just use doordash!! Stay far away from this service. I've always had nothing but trouble and will not use again!!
An awesome company to use to have food delivered at the office or at home.
The very first time we order from here and the food is almost an hour and a half late. They gave no explanation.The website is crude and they make communication almost impossible. Stick with doordash.
