It is difficult to give this store a good rating. We were from out of town, and their “no exceptions” mask policy forced my son, who has a medical exemption, to stay outside. So all I could do is pick up the two items that we knew he needed. If he could have come in, I know we would have spent much more. So because of this policy, I feel as though that the store is not very welcoming especially to people who have special medical needs. Based on the owner response I will add this edit, lowering my rating: I respect your decision to limit access to your store, it's your store after all and you can deny access to whomever you wish for whatever reason. However, this is akin to denying access to individuals with a handicap. After all he does have a handicap which is why he can't wear a mask. The mask mandate (which was not currently in affect) does allow for a medical exemption. We went in multiple stores that day with no mask requirements and no issue with him not wearing a mask. Therefore you have denied access to an individual based on a handicap. Poor Service! The price of the product was a little more than other ways I could have purchased it, but you pay for convenience. So no plus or minus there. It wasn't that much more. And as far as selection goes, I'll let my son who was the end recipient of the products purchase tell what he thought of the selection in your store... he wasn't allowed in. So from his point of view it's terrible.

I've been to the shop before and always liked it. But Now that I'm recovering from a spinal injury and using wheelchair/walker to get around I enjoy the store so much more. Inside there is so much space to get around and I don't feel like I'm in danger of breaking anything. Lots of available tables to be seated at. Everyone there is very nice and usually open for a game or two. Nice to feel normal again. \u003c3 Thanks Cool Comics & Games.

I love popping in to this place to go through their magic the gathering card catalogue, or sitting down to play with friends. They even carry collectable items like super hero busts or models. Give em a chance.

Brought a bunch of old comic books in for the owner to look at. He was very knowledgable and courteous. Very cool place. Check out their web site. There always something going on there.

The owners are super helpful, the place is cozy yet spacious, designated areas for food and drinks away from the merch and games is a nice touch.
