It's not often that I write reviews about products, let alone businesses. I couldn't help myself this time. Dan at DHTCS was amazing. My laptop crashed and I thought I had lost all of my data. Dan was able to get it all back for me and get the laptop back up and running. He even went as far as suggesting a backup solution for me so I don't have to be so scared if this happens again. He was amazing through the whole process. Pricing was awesome and Dan talked to me like a real person. It's rare that you get this kind of quality and professionalism anymore. Thank Dan for helping me out!

I wish there was a 6th star to tell you how awesome, responsive and reliable DHTCS is...my problem maybe have been small in the scale of technical challenges but none the less important....my external hard drive failed with some of the most important family assets that I didn’t copy over yet...contracted Daniel...explained my dilemma....24 hours later...I had all my files. Without hesitation....recommend DHTCS.
Dan was nice to work with. He helped out with my law office nd backups. Will definitely hire him again!
We recently had a server failure. We had received one of those encryption viruses. Thankfully our backups were working. Dan from DHTCS got us back up and running really fast! We figured we'd be down for a week or more, but Dan got us up in running in full capacity QUICK! Thank you DHTCS for being there for us when we needed someone to trust!
Daniel at DHTCS is awesome! I wanted a way that I could watch over my pets and secure my home while I was away and asleep. He suggested an HD camera system with night vision for me. After installing it, he downloaded the app on my phone and connected it to my camera system at my house! He remained courteous and professional the entire time. I'm extremely happy with the camera system he recommended and installed. I can even see the wild animals and things walking by at night time. Let's hope that the only thing I ever have to worry about! Thanks Dan!
