Please save yourself from headaches and do NOT sign a lease with these people. It has been hell dealing with them. Countless hours spent dealing with every single issue you can think of. Read those lease agreements carefully because you can literally waste thousands of dollars for a machine that doesn't work and a company that will never get back to you and will only communicate with the monthly billing. It's a printer, this should not be a constant strain on your business. Think of what it takes for a person to go out and look up a company extensively to try and help someone from making the same mistake. I didn't have to spend time but how these people operate is criminal.

Denitech is a great place to work. They are some of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and hard working people I have ever worked with. They are well trained and completely driven to provide the best customer service possible.
What a frustrating experience! We called for our xerox machine to be fixed - vertical yellow lines were showing up. The tech came the next morning to fix it but when we went to use it there was a new problem -horizontal cyan voids. I called around noon and Garrison (or maybe Carson)Wells took my call. He was apologetic and very nice saying they would return that afternoon as he was just down the way. At 4:30 I called back as we had not received a visit or call Darryl answered and man what terrible customer service- he told me that they would never have said that they would return that day, he proceeded to argue with me over what was said and not trying to rectify the issue. He said he would do me a favor and call the tech to see if he would schedule an appointment. A FAVOR!?!? Isn’t that your job and we called to have you fix an issue and you created another which in turn we were unable to use the xerox machine all day. EXTREMELY frustrating. Perhaps retraining Darryl on how to speak with a customer would be wise. Maybe he should be trained by Garrison Wells! Oh and FYI the yellow vertical streaks are back too!!!
I had to exit the company for family medical reasons and was allowed to warmly return. The teamwork which exist is exception.
Some of the rudest sales reps out there in the Copier and Printer business. Better having another company quote you if your looking for a Copier or printer. They act like the old used car salesmen on how they try and sale you and constantly bug you for the business. Very unprofessional and would never do business with them.
Not a customer, more like an employee review. Don't go through a temp service with this job , especially if you currently at a job paying you decent like i found out. They will screw you. I was at a job working over a 100 hrs every two weeks, decided i needed to be home with my family more even if that meant taking less. So i took this job as warehouse associate. After i did what they needed me to do they discarded me like a piece trash no warnings, no nothing got a call after 2 weeks working there from the temp agency on a sunday, a freaking sunday because denitech couldnt tell me to my face telling me not go their until further notice. All they were able to tell me was that i was likable guy. So now im on unemployment because they got worker greedy. I have no respect for that company
