I went here about a little less than a month ago. I paid the highest package per kid. I brought in 6 kids. Which means I’m paying extra for them to use all activities. We get in and there is no staff on the floors which means everyone who paid the basic package was using every obstacle course and didn’t have to pay extra. Once again I brought in 6 kids, it adds up. It was dirty and hot. This location is small and does not have all the activities the other urban air locations do. The ninja warrior obstacle course is dangerous. The other locations have a ball pit this has hard floor and some sponge pillows. My kids were not able to use it properly. There was about two employees there total And about 50 people in the arena. Do not go to this location. It’s the worst and not worth the money as other locations. They charge the same amount as a full size urban air will and then won’t even check for the ones who paid ones who didn’t.

Gotta bounce! I would recommend that every child get a chance to get some air.
This.place is great for kids. Took my 2.5 year old grandson and he had a ball. I jumped as well and we both had a great time. We'll be back. And when my other grand kids come to visit I'm taking them as well.
Not at all what I expected. Pretty basic. Obstacle course is the only real highlight.
Very nice experience . Staff was friendly. Kids had a great time. Concessions include mostly candy and sugary icee type drinks. Water fountains available as well as bottled water for sale.
