Hi i wanted to say “thank you” To Avelino John Tacata I don’t know what has happened with this company in the past , but I can tell you that I’ve got a great service from him , the guy was responsible and responsive on time , explained everything I needed to do , and helped me a lot with bringing my puppy to the USA from Ukraine . Super satisfied

This place is terrible. If you are trying to clear a dog through customs, I know it’s the top search result in Google but other brokers can clear dogs as well. If you are trying to transport animals please go somewhere else. These guys are very rude and give terrible customer service and will talk down to you. Most importantly they are WAY overpriced! If you don’t mind throwing away an additional 300 for no reason, there is still no reason to deal with these guys. You can easily find another place that will charge a quarter of their quote and be nice about it.
I was bringing a dog in from Russia and sent all documents even though they said they could not read clearly I resent documents in every form so they can see and have proof I did everything on my part long story short they took my money because they did not check health and date of birth dates and made me waste my time and money and when I told them I wanted a refund the guy said I would have to talk to the manager who he said was busy at the time and he would call back it has been 5 days and no call please do not trust these people John Tacata is who I was dealing with
Very poor customer service with attitude and very pricey. I suggest finding a better broker
