My husband and I had TWO wonderful experiences with Coral Gables Title & Escrow LLC. Everyone in the office was friendly and extremely helpful! They made sure that every detail was squared away before closing and that closing went smoothly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who is purchasing or selling their home.

These people are amazing, from the receptionist to the Attorney's. I couldn't have asked for a better company to help me through my closing. As a first time buyer I knew nothing and was terrified. My realtor wasn't helpful and the lender was impossible to get a straight answer out of. CGT really went above & beyond to help me understand the ins & outs of a closing, what it truly means to be a homeowner, how to understand the loan documents and so much more. The lady that sat with me for the closing literally reassured me the entire way through! I left with a sense of pride, accomplishment & knowledge in the process.
