Hello my name William, I came home 03/12/2020 at 12:30am from a long work shift as I pulled into my apartment complex I find one of your contractors parked in my spot. I called trying to reach someone at your company to contact your driver I spent 30 minutes trying. I tried honking multiple times and nothing. So I proceeded and called the tow truck company because that's a signed spot given to me by the complex. Waited another hour for him to show up and tell me he's contracted through the state \ I can't tow the vechile\ so I had to park on the other side of the complex and walk home. I am very upset that you have drivers that park where ever they would like. I hope this doesn't happened to some family that's disabled I could only imagine. I have pictures to prove it as well. Thank you

I don't know about the 1200 a week. Unless you're related to a supervisor or one the owners, you won't make 1200 a week. You'll be lucky if you make 500 most weeks. They're not horrible people to work for just unrealistic in their quotes. It's a good stepping stone if you want to get into the cable business though.

Tuesday 7/2/19 Jason Lisieski with CORE Communication has been a TV and Internet life saver, he fixed what others could not. We have had constant poor TV & Internet connection and service with COX from the time we had COX service installed in March of 2019. The service technician COX sent out to our home before Jason had no idea what could be causing the constant picture and voice interruption in live and recorded TV and internet and suggested replacing our DVR and Wi-Fi modem, which he did, and the problem continued to worsen. We continued to call COX and complain; COX would remotely reset our connection and the problem would continue to worsen. The next technician COX sent to our home was Jason, listening to us and seeing the problems we were having he knew immediately what our problem was. He then asked to see our cable connections and traced the wiring from its origination point. Jason found what he had suspected, old and deteriorated cabling. Jason explained to us exactly what the problem was and what it would take and cost to fix it, and we asked that only he come back to do the work. Up until now we have been very disappointed with COX service. The previous COX technician did not even think about the fact the problem could be from bad cabling, only replacing the existing equipment which was only a couple of months old and hoping it would fix the problem. Thanks to Jason’s knowledge and experience with full installation service from beginning to end, we now have the quality of service we are paying for. Jason is wonderful, he is very pleasant to work with and provides excellent quality and professional service, and we will ask for him in the future if needed.
