I maintain a fleet of 40 aircraft and have used Spruce for 20 years. I used to always be able to rely on them to ship promptly when I placed an order, but that’s no longer the case. Things always seem to be late from them now, and other shops I know of are having the same problem. I used to think it might be COVID related, but I can get parts from their competitors faster because they actually ship the product when I order it rather than have it sit being “processed” for two days. I hope they fix whatever problem is causing these delays and can get back to being more reliable again. ************Update************** So, I was contacted by the VP of sales from Aircraft Spruce regarding the most recent issue that prompted me to write the review. He informed me as to why my recent order was having trouble, and with that I must say that I have never had a problem with their customer service! He acknowledged that there were issues and assured me that things are going back to normal. I’m am very glad to hear that as I have relied on them for many years.

Bought online with store pickup. I was in a big rush, with no time to shop in the store. They move really fast, my order was ready, it took me 2 minutes to get in and out. Very efficient, nice employees, great place.
This company is top notch. Quick shipping and great prices. Very easy to work with.
Went to lookup and order paint colors. Only 3 customers at the time 10:30 AM but they only had 1 person behind the counter 20 minutes later I get to the counter to a annoyed sales person who told me to look it up in their catalog then come back, rather than showing me how or where to find it, This is typical slow service there, Better to order online. Good products, marginal service.
