Terrible customer service. Drove all the way there to pick up a tank after calling them twice asking if I can pick it up. I get there and they say I now need to make an account. I filled out the paper work and its been over a week with me calling them twice and them saying, \Ya we have your info we will contact you.\. I feel like there has been no effort done on the employees' part at all.
My experience was mind blowing! I asked the sales rep the price on a welding shirt he replied 169.95. I said are you sure there is not a mistake, maybe your confusing it with the leather ones, he replied no I'm not its169. 95 tax so I left thinking he is mistaken it for a leather one who in this world is going to pay that price for a regular welding shirt, I went down the block to the welding store on railroad and paid 37.00 for the same shirt.
Very helpful and friendly. Went above to help me get what I needed.

I get excellent service except for one Lame that works there, He try's to double charge me every time!! So I stopped going there!! Instead I go around the corner to Airgas Supply on 511 Railroad st, but they kept raising there prices too. So now I go to California Tool & Weld Supply on Smith st for the Best service yet.
