One of the best hotel we have ever been in San Diego, California! Beautiful view with bay/marina views, 3 nice big pools with hot jacuzzi, kids and family friendly. Good food and very good service, fast and polite. Definitely will go there again, next time with friends and family

Great hotel and excellent customer service. The front desk and staff are all super friendly and great you as you walk by. The hotel takes social distancing very serious. The gym is closed but they still have plenty of room to provide outdoor dinning and to go order options. You can place your to go order using an app or website, make sure to ask for it. It really helps out if your in a rush to check out and can set up your pick up time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful and the front desk staff was very helpful. We loved that it was right on the water and that there was so much to do. Beautifully maintained grounds and main areas. We only had a few minor issues: the shuttle never came to pick us up from Hotel Del and we were forced to wait in the cold and pay for an Uber to get back & the staff at the restaurant was not very friendly and seemed very overworked. Otherwise, it was a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

The food at the lounge was ultimately some of the best food I've ever had. The wings were crispy but not over cooked and the burger was amazing. I definitely recommend getting the crispy wings and a Paloma from the bar. Service was quick and friendly, my wife and I would definitely come back.

Blissful location, friendly atmosphere, just a bit more attention to detail of room cleanliness would have been appreciated, and and be ware for septic truck at 8am, pumping the tank in the parking lot; a bit of a turn off when you're trying to enjoy your last few peaceful morning moments on the balcony, eating breakfast. Otherwise, a really enjoyable break from the city.

We really enjoyed this place overall. The fitness center, spin bikes, tennis courts, and indoor dining were still not open. We took advantage of the heated pools and jacuzzi tubs however. There is no microwave in the rooms but they were kind enough to bring us one for the duration of our stay. The only thing I disliked is the 34/night parking fee. Overall the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy, the views are beautiful, and the service tip top.

Excellent get away. Took our bikes and rode around. Our room was clean and we had a nice view. Grounds are very nice.

We loved our stay at Loews! Views were incredible! Staff was kind with excellent customer service skills. We chose the location to be away from the chaos and crowds. Our stay was tranquil. Great place for couples to get a little peace and quiet time. Bayside rooms are awesome!!!
