We had a wonderful meal and our server Alexis was super. We had so many different demands because we took food to go as well and we also bought more food to go. She was there for us on every little thing we wanted. The food was delicious each and every one of us enjoyed our experience there. Thank you

Server seemed too busy for the amount of customers assigned to him. Ordered the Cajun pasta and it was a oily glop of a mess. A little paranoid about sending stuff back so just ate the top noodles and shrimp and left the rest. I have a massive sweet tooth so decided to order the cheesecake. After calling the server on the little machine on the table and waiting for a good 10-15 minutes had to flag down a different server to try and cancel the dessert. Our server arrived with the cheesecake which was plain, no strawberries on top. Just took it and paid. First time at a Cheddars and won’t be back. Overpriced for the quality and service.
Very disappointed. Arrived at 4:49PM, asked for a table, sat in car waiting for table. Was called in but it was a booth. We were sent back outside to wait for a table. We left at 5:29. Was way too long since so many others were being seated. I determined that they forgot about us after they called us for the booth. They never called or texted.
