Cage-Mills Funeral Directors is the WORSE experience our families have ever experienced! They don't even deserve a 1/2 star in my book. It first started off with them not wanting to put the correct legal name on the death certificate. Speaking of the death certificate we haven't even received them! Then the next problem was after three weeks of having the ashes they never shipped them. I called three time to verify the shipping and was told each time they'll be shipped only to find out they weren't and the reason they weren't because Suzanna went on vacation and she stated the girl that was left to take care of business didn't want to take the responsibility to ship them. Then at that time they couldn't guarantee they would make it in time for the services. After I suggested to them with a law suit (for the second time) and told Raphael he needed to hire a driver to deliver the ashes by the end of day before the services because they dropped the ball he stated he would take care of it. Raphael then called me at 1:30 the next day to let me know they had arrived at our destination when in fact I had already received the courtesy call from our Funeral Home in town at 8:30 am to let me know they were there. GLAD TO SEE THIS FUNERAL HOME RUNS BUSINESS THE PROPER WAY! NOT!!!!
I was in a real fix since I had an accident when my aunt passed away and I had to handle everything by phone from Pennsylvania to Corpus Christi. Susanna and Raphael were such a big help to me with all of the arrangements. Their compassionate handling of things made a difficult situation easier.
