It could have been a 5 stars review. I am a international student and rent furniture from CORT, they delivered everything including a huge mirror that I didn't need. The staff told me to sign the paperwork to show that they already delivered everything. I ask them if they can take the mirror back since I live in a small apartment and I don't have room for that. They said OK but you still pay the same every month. I accept it and they took the mirror back. Now they bring the paperwork and charge me for the missing mirror that they already took it back 11 months ago.
