HR not located onsite. Located in another state. Obviously have not faith in hiring anyone local to do this position. Applied for a middle managers position. Called once to schedule an interview. Which seems odd indeed for a 15 minutes phone screen with the same person whom is going to call for the phone screen and you just spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to find a time they can talk, because the have NO idea of their own schedule. They were so absent minded never heard back. FYI, just keep cutting back on HR and let the Senior managers do the hiring directly. Stop putting incompetent people in the loop, as that's all you'll ever get hired in.
