Got a trumpet repaired here. They left a metal wire exposed on both sides by the spit valve, causing my child to cut his finger. Took it in again to be repaired correctly. They acted like it was no big deal that he got hurt and did not accept responsibility for their failure to repair it right the first time.
My daughter is enjoying her guitar lessons immensely! Her teacher makes it super interesting for her and she is learning a lot from him! They also have a line (press 2) for canceling lessons which makes it convenient when you remember you can't make your lesson after hours. Convenient billing as well.
