Cosima Reviews | Rating 4.5 out of 5 stars (5 reviews)

Cosima is located in Baltimore, United States on Mill No. 1, 3000 Falls Rd. Cosima is rated 4.5 out of 5 in the category southern italian restaurant in United States. This unique and tranquil setting in the heart of the city offers views of the water, opportunities for Great Blue Heron sightings, and of course chef Donna Crivello’s take on Sicilian and Southern Italian cuisine.sima is located inside the old boiler room of the Mill No. 1 building, which has been nationally recognized for its painstaking renovation. Both the menu and atmosphere provide a warm inviting environment for friends, families and neighbors to gather and perhaps discover a part of the city many Baltimoreans have never seen. Dining on Cosima’s outdoor patio will offer incredible views of the historic Jones Falls waterwayicily, and the surrounding Southern Italian region, is known for fresh and seasonal ingredients but is also a mix of all surrounding Mediterranean cuisines. Sicily was once home to Greeks, Arabs, French and Spanish – all lending their cultures to create modern Sicilian and Italian heritage.

Very swanky place in a historic mill. The restaurant is done very beautifully while leaving the vintage feel.. the food is delicious and am always looking forward to going back and trying another dish.

It was a great experience, delicious food and the wine choices were amazing. My only complaint was trying to find the place when Google kept taking us through some weird routes that didn't take us to the actual location.

They're taking great care during the pandemic to keep everyone safe! Great service as always and the best Italian food in town. Absolutely recommend stopping by!

We hadn't been here but thought their Valentine's take out menu looked amazing. Doing take out was new to them because of the pandemic but I thought they handled it well. And the food was fantastic. There was spinach and artichoke stuffed portabella mushroom caps for an appetizer that were scrumptious. I had the fennel crusted pork chop for the main course and it was amazing. My wife had the pistachio and dijon crusted lamb rack. Also delicious. The farro and red wine cherries that came with it were also wonderful. I would love to eat there in person after the pandemic. Wonderful meal. Thank you.

Felt very comfortable going to this restaurant-temperature check, everything well spaced out, online menu. Very pretty outdoor space, excellent food with generous portions. Our server, David, really rounded out a great experience. Will definitely go back.
