Absolutely great customer service, what a great store, with fabulous lights! We almost got sensory overload. So many beautiful designs, and lots of collections. Select anything from traditional to modern. We were helped by Melvin (he has an awesome accent) and he helped us find a solution for our kitchen pendant lights. Going back for more, new lighting? Did we see a bunch of things we want, yes! Note: free parking in the back.

Denise Morrow was our salesperson and she is the absolute BEST: super friendly, extremely knowledgeable on products and quickly/efficiently assisted us with all our purchases (exterior lights/bathroom flush mount/dining room chandelier). Cheers to outstanding service! I contacted Irwin and Mark at Lightbulbs etc. that my Halogen Torchiere was not lighting up one of the three bulbs. Irwin replied to my email right away asking me to send a picture of the socket and asked me to stop by with the lamp that I got 10 years ago from them. Mark and Irwin greeted me with a smile. Mark ran in the workshop and got a tool and adjusted the spring in the socket and said - Here you go! No socket needed! No charge! Awesome service! Thanks a lot Irwin and Mark! Happy Holidays!
