My very first car was an Acura Integra in the 90's, I've had many other Acura's in the past. This was my very 1st time buying a brand new Acura! I bought a new 2019 Acura TLX V6 A-Spec SH-AWD. Let me tell you. IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I just want to recognize these few people for making it a special buying experience. Brad Sather the general manager, Roy Sudip the salesman, Gilbert Martinez the salesman, Christian Ramsey in finance, but one special person that made me couldn't walk away from this deal was KEN NGUYEN the sale manager! I came in with my family "just to look" I didn't have any intentions to buy a new car "that day". Kenny let me drive a few cars to know how to perform. We finally found one that I liked. He worked up an "AMAZING DEAL" I just couldn't refuse. Also I want you to know that I live 3 hrs north from Orange Coast Acura, but it was totally worth the drive! I LOVE MY NEW ACURA! The Service Dept at Sun Coast Acura is outstanding!!! The staff is very polite and prompt! My service advisor (Mark Anderson) once again ensured that my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. The previous time was the day before Thanksgiving when my battery died. Even though the shop was preparing to close Mr Anderson got my battery changed out and I was on the road in 25-30min!!! Excellent service all around!!!
Best cars, best dealership, BEST service!!!! Mark is great! The entire staff is just always so friendly! I honestly absolutely love my car, and if I had to go through the process all over again, I would buy another Acura from this very dealership. And I would also buy the Acura care package again. They take such good care of you, so I actually get excited whenever I have to take my car in for an oil change.

From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience! Our salesman was Gilbert and he was so great. The General Sales Manager Jase is awesome and the finance person Sam was just as great. I didn’t meet someone at Orange Coast that I didn’t love. Everyone treated me like a valued customer and I was never pushed for a sale.
I am very happy that i purchased my vehicle here. Lee, the salesman was very easy to work with and helped me with all questions or any problems I had. The service team is great to work with also. Knowing that i can trust this dealership is a big deal. There are many dealerships out there that do not care. I've experienced two of them in my lifetime.
