First things first, so far, I love my XT4. I found the car online and drove from Bakersfield, to Costa Mesa for the purchase. For the most part, a fairly smooth process. I am however, disappointed in the customer service I've received since date of purchase. My calls, and emails have be redirected time and time again, for what should be a fairly simple matter to resolve.

I got a new 2019 Buick Encore today. What a happy friendly team they have! Sonny and Ray in sales were so great, professional, kind and fun! Mike the manager was really nice. Shopping for a car can be painful. But surprisingly it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great deal and exceeded my expectations.
