Staff very friendly and helpful. Jonathan was outstanding! I watched as he helped people with the smallest of issues. Finding their solution wasn't a high producing revenue sourse, however he treated each person as they were the most valuable customer even if the purchase was for under 20. Very happy with the whole sales experience.

I had gone to a different bike shop to pick up shoes for my fiancé. I wish I would’ve came here first. Whereas the bike shop up the street everybody seemed to be in a bad mood as if I wasn’t giving them money, when I called two wheels One planet, John was enthusiastic to let me know that the part that I needed was in stock. Not only that, he told me he would help me install them on my fiancé’s shoes. I bought a pair for myself from here just because I appreciated John and the staff going above and beyond, and he installed the cleats on mine as well. Truly night and day customer service. I will most definitely be coming back here if I need anything

The experience in purchasing my new Trek e-MTB bike was extremely pleasant . Will, the owner of Two Wheel/ One Planet was extremely knowledgeable and gave me guidance on my purchase. The bikes were on back order due to Covid, but they kept me well informed as to progress and shipment. During the set up, the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. The best bike shop in Orange County for sure. They only sell good, quality products and competetive prices. You also have a big store, with a lot of variety. If you are just looking for something simple, in the middle or on the high end, you will find a bike here. They are also very knowledgable about the bikes and accessories. They have a full service dept and can fix or upgraded anything you need. I have been getting my bikes fixed here and have purchased bikes here for over 8 years. The guy that owns the shop is Will. He is a very good dude and will help you find what you need, at a great price. They let you rent bikes, too! I highly suggest you stop in. In fact, I just bought 2 new bikes for my household today. They are doing what they can during Covid-19, but doing it in a very respsonsible way. Not allowed in the shop, but the owner Will, and one other person are taking care of people's bike needs one at a time. They are also still servicing bikes if you need a repair. He hooked me up today with 2 great Trek bikes and I am going for a ride with a friend tonight! Go see these guys!
