My family has used cotter tax for years! Always fast and courtious! Last couple years now..... Very very rude! Not Joan but the person up front! My daughter in law called up there a few times and got hung up on so she went up there on her lunch break. She needed a paper from her last years taxes to be able to file through turbo tax this year. She doesn't have the time during the day to go through cotter so she was just using turbo tax this year. When she got up there the lady was printing the paper out for her took it out and ripped it up! Then refused to give it to her! Obviously mad she didn't have the time to go through them. She works on the other side of Tulsa full time and has twins to take care of. She doesn't have a day off to run up there. Her employer was understanding enough to let her go up during lunch even though she might be a few minutes late getting back. Absolutely unbelievable! I have referred 100's of people there! I Just called to let Joan no the situation because she may not be aware of it. I was hung up on and the lady was rude. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDE AND HATEFUL PROFESSIONALS IN MY LIFE!!!! USE TO BE SO FRIENDLY AND AMAZING TO WORK WITH! NOT ANYMORE!!!!!
