It's really nice when the store says they will be open at 11am and it is now 11:20am and no one is here. No one is answering the phone and the doors are still locked. Really glad I live 30 minutes away and I'm waisting my partial day off waiting for you to open so I can return my book!

Store should not say open if your closed
Charged a 20% restocking fee one day after I bought the book I didn't need. The receipt says I won't be charged he fee unless I don't have the receipt or syllabus. BS
They gave me the right books exactly when I needed them at best local price.
I have been getting books from Book Deals for over a year and they have been great! They even email you a reminder towards the end of class with the turn in date.
