Neat find close to the Pilot where I was able to travel from via electric scooter - path seems newer and was fairly passable - the museum fittingly sits amongst the tall prairie grass regardless the season and is quite impressive. Inside - I was a little put off by how dark it was on the inside of the museum . It just felt like someone forgot to turn one of the lights on the entire time ! As far as the content goes - fairly detailed info on the history of the area including audio and video presentations, but primarily was intended for an older audience by the amount of text to consume. I particularly enjoyed the photographs of the people who braved the trek out West and wanted more of that! Overall it was a great find !
