The new building in an out of the way kind of location. Plenty of parking. No lines. Receptionist at the door due to covid-19 and giving accurate information. Gladly gave me an envelope to easily turn in my paperwork in one of many outdoor mailboxes that are emptied four times a day. Some are even drive up accessible.
