I would not buy. I purchased a boat cover and put it on my boat and left town for a couple of weeks. I come back to find that all of my wood is warped in the bottom of my boat and needs replacing. These covers DO NOT REPEL WATER. To my surprise when I poured water on the cover it just leaks straight through the material. I asked for a refund and someone said they would contact me and never did. So I followed up a month later and apparently my refund is in process. Long story short, the covers leak water, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Now I am out a boat cover and about 500 in repairs for my boat.

The website is very misleading in the fact that when you go to choose your cover it states “ships within 7 business days”. Then you have the option of paying more for 2nd day air which I did. 9 days later still no cover. I call customer support (which was very helpful) but she thought the website said manufactures in 7 days then another 7 days shipping. Just be advised you’re looking at 2 to 3 weeks even with rush shipping before your cover is delivered. The website needs a good work over to be updated and more accurate.

After waiting 1 1/2 months I finally received my custom boat cover. All I can say is go elsewhere. My custom cover has so much slop in it's comical. NO way is it worth 450 bucks. Plus the 20 million straps are stupid. Takes 3hrs to put on cover and straps.

I really should have read the reviews before placing an order with them. Same as everyone else has mentioned, ordered a top on the 15th and they have yet to ship it. I have now emailed them, tried their live chat and no success whatsoever, they won’t even respond to my messages. Their website says ships in 3-7 business days, and it has now been more than the max amount of days it would take and they have not even started the shipping process. I was hoping it would’ve been here by Memorial Day weekend, but that didn’t happen. They have already charged my card, so I might have to dispute a refund with them.

I made the wrong color selection, and these guys were so professional about letting me return the one i purchased. they did not charge a restock fee, and they went out of their way to make me feel ok about my mistake. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
