I've been doing Hot yoga for years now, and I must say Laura is the BEST teacher I have ever had! She doesn't only teach you the yoga she teaches you how to relax your mind. If you want to make your life less stressful and more happy, you must take Laura's (the owners) class!

Words cannot express the power of this studio tucked away in quiet Covia. My body is getting a do over thanks to the owner Laura and her knowledgeable staff of awesome teachers. Having good mental and physical health is key. Don't put off joining this studio. It's a life changer. I promise.
