Just wondering why I still get calls for my ex wife that I’ve informed you many times can’t be contacted through me. Also now your spoofing calls through Russia.... isn’t it illegal to spoof your number as a collection agency?...
Darnel and their staff are some of the most professional folks I've worked with. It is understandable that some will post poor reviews based on the nature of collections but not only am I pleased to work with them, my customer also have had nothing but positive encounters with Darnel. Keep up the great work!!
I understand this type of job is hard and is easy to leave a bad review but in the past 4 years they tried their best to collect as much as possible for us. I will take one star away because i had to be on top of them to get a status on the accounts.
This company could not provide proof that we actually owed a balance & the company that supposedly sent us to collections stated that we closed our account (we have the email) & had no idea why they would contact us. When I asked for proof of the bill we owed they only resent the same statement. Beware of them & question everything.
I noticed that these ppl have been reporting negatively on my credit and I've had insurance for over 10 years.. what is going on I'll be calling in the morning!!!
