Continually made false promises during the application process. And they were more concerned with screening for criminal activity than they were for finding new residents. No parking for guests. Waste of time, dont apply

Management is evil, vindictive and a liar. They will take your money in any way they can. No care for people what so ever. Maintenance issues with the place you are renting is not taken care of, then they try to say- even though you are renting and do not own the trailer, but because it's a mobile home park then the maintenance falls on you. Never heard of such a thing. Maintenance was incompetent and gerry rigged if they did decide to fix something. Maintenance also had a side job of taking people's things from the trash and or your porch and selling it. Very unprofessional. Do not live here you will regret it.
No update and no following up at all. So sad and disappointed. They just don't care at all so have a back up plan for this as it already took them 20 days to tell you nothing.
Management and employees will hurrass you over everything n anything, if you miss a day cutting your grass they threaten you, you have guest they stalk you, but If you have a problem you're on your own. Very very ignorant people. Do not move in here you will surely regret it. Please for your own sake.

I have NOTHING good to say about this place. As you can see from the photos, I had a bullet hole in a window, my dining room light was held up with twisty ties, and the doorbell had been ripped off in the past. NONE of this was repaired, even with repeated requests. IN ADDITION, when I requested a handicapped entrance, they REFUSED to accommodate me, forcing me to use the slippery, steep steps. This led to three different times that I fell. The staff is MEAN, the maintenance people are a joke (I could fix things better and faster than they do!!! And they don't show up when you make an appointment!), and they are all liars. DO NOT MOVE HERE, no matter what.
