Great company. My order was placed on Wednesday, and it was delivered on Thursday! Packaging was whimsical and brought a smile to my face (much needed nowadays). Product was fresh. I will definitely order from them again!

The website seems to be user-friendly, the assortment is very extensive, from Turkish delights to every possible nut variety, prepared in multiple ways, from infused in sea salt and vinegar to dark chocolate covered, organic, salted, roasted or raw, dry fruits, from organic mango to white chocolate covered cherry, you simply cannot beat the endless choices and budget-friendly prices. I was shocked and amazed to learn that Nuts.com actually charged me for an item that did not ship (it is back-ordered). They say that they expect the item within a few days. But I am horrified that they would actually charge me for an item that has not even shipped yet? Shocking! Unprofessional! I don't know any other company that would engage in such unscrupulous behavior!

Ordered organic hemp seeds among other things. Everything was 100% fresh. I made hemp seed milk and Its so delicious. I didn’t like some of the stuff I ordered and contacted them about an return/exchange. They told me not to worry about It and have me a store credit instantly. Great customer service. I will order from them again.
