Went in to buy my son some jeans, found a few pairs in store but he really wanted a specific red pair and they didn't have his size. In store, he was super bummed until they let us know they'd be happy to order them and have them shipped to my home for free! Only one associate on store so waiting to check out was a little excessive but the customer service made it worth the wait! Happy kid happy mom!
Wish i could rate zero. First time shopping at this Mall. Purchased some Gladiator sandals at the going out of business sale and they placed to differant sizes on one hanger didnt notice till i got home to try on my daughter. I called the store and they claimed i could exchange for right size. But i arrived the store manager which was the cashier refused to do so. She told me i should have checked the tagg before leaving was rude and useless. I called Garland police they made me feel like a bad guy yet i made the complaint. The first officer walked past me and the second questioned me as if im not right. Concluded in me with wasted money. Even though it was they mistake and the store is closing (they practically are selling the shelves) i wasnt granted a exchange oh well. I dont have to say im done with crazy 8 becaise they out of buisness but i want my mo ey back low key
Rude! Apparently don't want children shopping in their store. My boys are old enough to pick their own clothes and when one of them pick up a pair of pants to look at, he was asked 'not to unfold all the clothes there'. What?! Guess they don't need the business. I have four children. Will not go ever again!
the lady did not want to do an exchange because she claimed to need a US ID even though the reciept said no thing. It was a very racist encounter simply because I am hispanic.her name is Marsha and she is the manager of the store. How can a manager take this type of attitude, she is supposed to help customers, that's why she is in this position??. definitely she doesn't understand what the manager job is..
It's nice and affordable. But when you pull in 10 mins prior til time with Firewheel hecked parking to get to the door on a Sunday at 5:52 pm and they're closed before 6pm. So I called the store spoke with Trisha regarding time and their system for her to advise the computer system for the register is 10 mins after 6pm, so they're closed. Poor Customer service experience in my opinion. As I type it's now 6:01pm on Sunday March 11.
