The whole Creative team was a pleasure to work with. From the initial site visit to getting the panels connected to the grid, their customer service and technical reps were always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and accommodate any concerns. The final installation looks and works great! I couldn't recommend them more.

Everyone I worked with at Creative Solar was kind, helpful, and professional - but like other reviewers here, my install too many, many months longer than was initially planned, and I felt as though nothing happened unless I got in touch multiple times to pester someone about it. Since the delays caused my available tax benefits from the solar install to be reduced, they offered (without me asking) to make up that difference by discounting the cost, and I really appreciate that. That said, it doesn't make up the expenses I paid for electricity during the months where my system wasn't installed or producing energy for me! Now that it is installed, I'm very happy with my system. I would work with Creative Solar again - I'd just plan to stay on top of them consistently and to be working on it for about twice as long as expected.

Great work, nice staff and a quality installation. I had an installation done a few weeks ago, and it went really well. The team was well prepared and had the install done very quickly. They were responsive to my requests and made sure the installation was done the right way the first time. The electrical team came in the next day and did a great job installing the electrical, it looks clean and professional. I'm very happy with my Creative Solar USA installation. Thanks again!

Creative Solar installs solar systems in 3 phases. The first phase is permitting and engineering and is 10 percent of the total cost. The second phase is installation of equipment and electrical work and is 70 percent of the total cost. The third phase is code inspection and connection with the utility company and is 20 percent of the total cost. I purchased a 36 panel system which will generate 80 percent of the electricity we use. Creative Solar performed every phase in a timely manner. They kept me informed of progress and I always knew what to expect. I use my PC to monitor the performance of my solar panel system with a software application they provide. I am quite pleased with Creative Solar. I give them a hearty recommendation.
