We have been at this daycare for 6 months now and have been very pleased with the care our children have received. The lines of communication are wide open and I feel comfortable asking any questions I have or naming any concerns. Likewise I am given a specific anecdote about what my children did that day when I go pick them up. My child knows their teachers and is excited to go to Creche each day. I know my child is seen and cared for with their individual needs. I love the focus on art and creativity. I would recommend this daycare wholeheartedly.

I have been an employee of Creche Heritage Square since their opening in August 2017. As a college student, this is the best job I could have ever asked for. I am grateful to have supportive administration, and friendly staff. More than that, I have been given the opportunity to make big differences in the lives of little ones. At Creche, I watch children flourish everyday while they learn through play and activities. I have learned how to communicate and build relationships with parents. Creche is truly a family and I am so glad to be a part of it.

We absolutely love this daycare and everyone there. Every one of the teachers and staff are fantastic. My toddler seems to perk up whenever she walks into her classroom, and I am always made aware of any possible issues, etc. I get great information about her day, activities, growth, etc. Any concerns or worries I may have are genuinely listened to. Creche has been, and continues to be, such a blessing to our family. We are so grateful!

We were able to enroll our three kids into the Creche at Heritage Square location during their 1st week of business in 2017. From that moment on I have never, not once, regretted (or doubted) that decision. We are part of the most amazing family there and our daughters have not only thrived, but they have learned more about their interests and abilities than I ever thought possible. Before Creche all I looked at in a daycare was how much focus on education it had. I always just looked at how "educational" the curriculum was. Creche has taught me that although learning is important, it's HOW a child learns that's life changing. They learn through play, through experience, through art, through music, there's really nothing like it in Manhattan. I have also learned so much about parenting through my experience at Creche. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they are kind and understanding. You know it's a good sign when your kids pretend to be their teachers on the weekends because they miss them! :) I feel so, so blessed to have found Creche and I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have provided for our family!

Had to remove my child today. Consistently have been talked down to by staff. Child was refused admittance for false causes even with documentation to prove otherwise. Culturally inconsiderate as wrote incident report to suggest we harmed our child yet is a birthmark consistent with parents ethnicity. Structure of classes is good, but have had too many racial and inequality issues at given time. Company made a profit from my families misery. Awaiting update.
