Their site is so basic, can't obtain statements, they charge 7.50 to make payments online (which I'm not paying that), and there isn't any email contact whatsoever. I would recommend they update their site. I like easy access to my bills online, I like to see details and this company does not provide that like other companies. :( :(

I recently made a VERY LARGE payment to Credit Union Loan Source to pay off my 2016 Cadillac SRX (over 12K). I now go to my website to see the payment and payment history and they tell me that I can NO LONGER access my account or payment history. Additionally, I was told that I could not request them if I needed assistance with a loan in the future...my loan would have to be 'picked up' by them!!! I have NEVER seen any thing like this in my entire life of doing business. I would NEVER REFER them to anyone. Consequently, I feel like I have no history on the purchase of my 2016 Cadillac...Please be VERY LEARY of this company!!!
I love this company. They have been so wonderful through everything during Covid 19. I work in healthcare, and this definitely hasn’t been an easy time, everyone I have spoken with at this company have been, kind, understanding, and compassionate. I will definitely attempt to use this company again in the future when I choose to finance another vehicle. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am for their kindness.
Ms. Karen is the absolute BEST. This woman is nothing short of amazing, a true professional, and GIANT in the work that she do for her customers. Thank you for all of your help and advice.
