The clothes are very cute and nice for the most part but my biggest complaint is customer service. They are not friendly at all. When I had a question or needed a fitting room they were very whinny and not afraid to make rude comments. A couple of times they shouted across the store rules that I was breaking that I wasn't even aware of. I read signs everywhere I go so I don't disrespect the area or certain rules but there was no signs about the rules they told me. The only sign they had was their policy on selling clothes to them. The worst part for myself was when they yelled at me. There were other customers in hearing distance and this made me feel very anxious and embarrassed. I just wanted to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Very nice 2nd hand clothes for a lot less expensive. The staff is flexible, getting you into a fitting room quickly and through the checkout line efficiently.

I have to say I love this plato’s closet it. I bought a lot of cute stuff for very cheap. The employees were very helpful and there was a cute guy who was very sweet and nice!
