Loved it!!!! If i could give this more stars I would...Truly fantastic overall. Ive been around the world (23 years in the Army) and nothing ever compared to this one little spot in Afghanistan (on base) i went to often before....But I finally found the best place i have ever been to with this Y&R Spa.....this place FAR EXCEEDED my expectations..Price was perfect....the technique was perfect, atmosphere was excellent.........Trust me. this is what you have all been looking for! i am going back for sure!! Great job!

So I only get deep tissue massages and I’ve had back problems, tightness and soreness for 13 years. I’ve had deep tissue massages for 11 years. Mary is the best deep tissue masseuse I have ever had!!!! I had a 90 minute appointment with her and she was non stop deep tissue for 90 minutes. I went and had a second 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was just as great as the first one. If you are looking for a great deep tissue massage look no further. Mary is a hidden gem!! She is very professional and very educated on how to do a deep tissue massage. I almost don’t want to write this so she doesn’t get too booked so I can’t get in. LOL. I am going back for my 3rd appointment!!

It's been 6 Months from the last Time I was able to get a deep tissue message but today I really had even more of a great experience I been having tightness in my shoulder's for a long time and limited movement but thank to my favorite Y&R Spa I able to move my shoulders better then before this is my favorite place love the service and the positive energy their after the treatment you going to sleep very well thank you Y& R Spa until Next time Anthony

Mary is on top of her game!! I had a knot in my shoulder, Mary got it out. I have been there twice a month Since May 2020. I wish they would play soft Jazz. I will follow Mary where ever she Go..
