I called them for a part, sent someone to pick it up. The part was for a different series of tractor. I called the next day and they had the right part after I had to look up the part number for them. Returned the part and got the right one for my tractor. Their customer service is unprofessional. Didn't take anything off the price or offer to reimburse me for the traveling we did for their mistake. They may need training on how to research for the right parts and know the difference between an L series and BX series.

Buyers Products Company and there Dealer Crosby Equipment company in Toledo Ohio, really proved themselves this year. We had a strap break on our SHPE2000 salt spreader and the whole unit fell out of the truck smashing it to bits. Crosby Equipment and Buyers stood by their product and fully warrantied the spreader. Within 7 days of the break I was back in business. I highly recommend Crosby Equipment and Buyers Products Company not only for their great products but also for their extraordinary customer service.
