A service! I had 2 bent rims on my bimmer because of NYC potholes. They fixed my rims and out the door within the hour. Price is reasonable and fair. Gaucho is a superhero! Do not hesitate to get your rims fixed here High recommended!!!! Keep the good work

I called on the phone and Billy told me there was a 10 minute wait. I hurried there and found out he lied to me - there was NO wait. I was immediately greeted by Chuey who had both my tires off, patched both tires and I was gone. The price was more than fair! What a beautiful bunch of guys to deal with. I couldn't recommend a place any higher than this. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I bent my rim by hitting a pot hole. The car tire went flat. after putting the doughnut on and getting to a place to research a good wheel repair shop I came across Cross Island Tire and Wheel. I chose them over the others in Queens do to their superior reviews. I took my car in about 1:45 on wed. the 23rd of Dec, so they were busy. No problem! They banged out 4 cars in about 45 minutes before they got to me. Repairmen walks up and asks how can I help you. I explained the situation and he gave me options. 1, heat up the rim and straighten it is 65, 2, if the rim is cracked 110 to fix, and 3, leave it overnight and I'll make it look like new for 125. I chose option 1. The repairman jacked up the car and placed the doughnut in my trunk and secured it properly. He then put the rear tire on the front where the bent rim was and put the fixed bent rim on the rear. The entire job took less than 15 minutes. HOLY SMOKES, I was impressed not only by the speed and precision but also by the professionalism. I then proceeded to drive the car over 300 miles to Virginia, monitoring the tire PSI. the whole way and it held wonderfully. I wholeheartedly recommend Cross Island Tire & Wheel. Thank you for a job well done! Photo below shows the bend that was repaired!

I posted a review on my cell phone that didn’t seem to cross over so this may appear as a repost. I brought my 2006 Mercury Marquis to Cross Island to have my drivers side rims refinished. Additionally, the staff was tasked to order a Michelin Defender tire for the car. When I arrived back to their facility, the rims looked BRAND NEW. I only had the drivers side done due to budget reasons, however I DEFINITELY will be bringing my car back for the passenger side rims. Truly a great bunch of professionals with a very good price for their products and services, but more importantly, a great attitude and an even greater end result.
