Crossroads is terrific! Although I've never been in the facility itself, I can say the services are 5 stars. I've only experienced the telemed services with Kaitlin Hiddle. I'm getting telemed services because I've only been going there since COVID-19 started. But I've been getting help for mental health services for 21 years, so I have a lot of experiences with different practitioners. A lot of mental health practitioners experience burnout and stop caring about their patients, or don't care about their patients to begin with. That's not the case here at all! Kaitlin Hiddle genuinely cares about the wellbeing about her patients. She's a joy to work with, and she goes above and beyond for her clients to help them! When you're dealing with severe depression, or other mental health issues, that kind of care really makes a difference. This facility also offers really top notch services like GeneSight Testing, which is a swab test that checks your DNA for what medications will work best for you, and what medications you might have a reaction to, so you know what would be best to try and what would be best to avoid. I'd never even heard of this before! I thought this was so cool, because I have been on so many different medications just trying for a hit or miss response for what might help me, and here's an actual scientific test to tell me what to try? Heck yeah! The best part? Medicaid covered it! Amazing. Karen in reception is so sweet and caring. She'll go out of her way to help you with your appointments, and help you figure out the patient portal. I can't say enough positive things about this place! They're truly amazing, and I really feel fortunate to have found them. I can't recommend them enough.
