Used to go to edge but now I go to crunch. Overall an amazing gym. Equipment is good, members are great and I feel safer in the gym! Haven’t had any problems for 2 years now! Erin the manager is great and the staff is very nice too! 5/5

I was very clean and they had an adequate amount of disinfectant.
Clean gym, bed better cleaning supplies like other crunch fitness' considering the pandemic going on. Same gripe as the other 2 crunch fitness locations they need toilet seat covers. It's not like I'm asking for hand drying machines which are a couple hundred bucks. They are paper toilet seat covers. Basic sanitary needs can make this gym that much better.
Wish they would tell the groups of three or more high schoolers to not group up directly in front of the weight racks and scatter the weights all around them.
I was a member at Delran Giant fitness and they transferred my membership to Crunch and I was not notified by either Giant or Crunch. When I called Crunch to cancel they told me I have to come in and can’t cancel over the phone. Keep in mind we are in a pandemic. When I came to cancel the girl at the counter was rude and refused to return the amount I was billed. When I asked why I should be charged a 29 maintenance fee plus 2 months of membership fee for a gym I’ve never stepped foot in her response was “it is what it is”. I can’t imagine anyone would want to workout in a gym with such poor management/customer service.
Crunch Gym uses sleazy, unprofessional business practices to extort their community and their customers. They bought the memberships of a rival in town gym (Giant Fitness) that closed down due to the pandemic. Once I found out my membership from Giant was being transferred to Crunch, I (along with a few close friends) called and sent emails to try and cancel it because I had no intention of going to Crunch at all in the future. I was denied, told my account was put on hold, and that I would not be charged until I was notified that my account had been active again. Fast forward two months, my account was charged and I was not notified. I tried to call and cancel my membership multiple times, but was told I had to physically come into the gym during the pandemic and cancel my membership in person. Once I finally did this, they still would not refund me for a membership I did not agree to, nor was I notified I was going to be charged. The fact that many people in our community, according to these reviews, have gone through the same thing is upsetting to say the least. Congrats on the quick buck, Crunch.
