Called for pricing on tire mount and balance off the bike, vintage Honda. Was told 60 each. Arrived 3 days later to drop them off and was told 70 each. When I asked if THEY JUST MAKE UP NUMBERS guy just smiled and I told him good bye. Don't waste you time and money there. The Toys shop and Monologue or Arlington, Arlington Motorsports charge 50 each. Offer up guy in St. Charles 30 each. My answer to your answer below. . So you upgraded your equipment within the last 3 days changed pricing? At this point it doesn't matter what equipment you use. Make up your mind on what's being said to customers. Very unprofessional. Who's going to reimburse me for gas and time.

**UPDATE** Went again today and had an awesome experience. Staff was very helpful in rolling the bike out and starting it up. They let me go over the bike with a fine tooth comb as long as I wanted. Any time I had a small question I could call them up and easily get a helpful answer. Jason is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to title and registration/tax items. He even saved my grits when it came to mirror modifications. Everything in the showroom is nice and they get rare or heavily modified bikes too! Will recommend Honda Northwest without reserve and over the competition. 5 stars **BE ADVISED: there is a no test ride policy at the time of this review, however that is standard for the area and much of Illinois.**

I have dealt with Honda Northwest for over 17 years; service work mostly. This week I purchased my 2nd bike from them, a 2006 Goldwing. Very low miles and a fair price. I traded in my old bike which I purchased from them 5 years ago & they gave me a great price for it. More than fair. Chris & Jason provided great customer service by picking up my trade in and delivering my Goldwing to my house on the same day. Great guys to work with.

I really can't say enough about this dealer and the sales agent who helped me, Jason. I bought my first motorcycle from them a few days ago after months of research. I have never ridden before and was very nervous about getting the right bike and not getting over charged. These folks were so accomidating and patient with me. Jason answered every question I had and helped me pick out my first V-Twin ever!!! I couldn't be happier!! The bike was a very good deal and in great condition! They did all of the service on it before I ever walked in and then did another service inspection before delivering it to my house!! These guys are the best and I an so thankful that I walked into their showroom. They have a customer for life!!! Thank you so much Honda Northwest and Jason!!!! Tom
