This gym is amazing! I am seeing the best results that I have ever seen in my life. The trainers are amazing and are very supportive. They will push you to become the best you that you can be. Everyone that comes to the classes are very encouraging and will cheer you on when you need it the most. You will truly see what you can do when you step inside this gym.

I signed up for their 16 week weight loss program a few years ago, and it changed my life. Lost over 50 pounds, got in great shape, and learned to eat healthy. The instructors were fantastic, and excellent motivators for all ages, gender, and abilities. I miss being able to go there since I moved away for work.

I love this place! It is so inspiring and all the coaches are very good. I am older and it doesn’t stop me at all. I have back and knee problems but you can modify the exercises and work at your own pace. I highly recommend it.

I am new to any type of martial art sport and I was super nervous about joining their fit smart challenge but I have found my self not wanting to leave the gym when class is over because I enjoy their classes so much that I now come to 3 different classes and a plus is they are super cheap and iv made new friends and physically feeling the best I've ever felt. I would definitely recommend this gym. Thanks Stefan and Jeremy.

Before signing your children up please make sure you are ok with strangers parenting your children poorly. You MUST be a Christian or well let's just say you nor your children will feel comfortable. Also prepare yourself to do business with people who only care about money and do not ask for any kind of refund because that wouldn't be very Christian of you!! Plus this business owner is ALWAYS right.
