So Sad, my wife and I took the morning to drive out to his place and made a deal on a cart. It had a dead battery so he had us take it to a battery shop to get a replacement. We made a time later in the day to bring back the new battery and take delivery of our 8 passenger car as he did not have a jump box or any tools or a fresh battery. After driving back from Summerlin to Henderson he called and informed us that we did not need to drive back to take delivery as he had just sold it to another buyer. I informed him he was both unethical and inequitable and that he was not a person of his word. In my opinion this person cannot be trusted.

I purchased a cart from these guy's and they created a great looking cart . Went back for a few minor adjustments and completed them like right now.
Absolutely the worse crook! We have had to replace the supposedly new Trojan batteries with proper one. Our uncarriage was bent, had to have that repaired as well. The winter cover was not properly fitted. The bumper on the cart were used and spray painted to look new. I tell you DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!
the experience I had there was amazing the owner Bruce is old school knows how to treat a customer and made sure that I was totally satisfied with my purchase . If your looking for a golf cart or just need help with yours I would highly recommend going to see him .
I called Bruce ( owner ) telling him I wanted to sell my cart and he said “I love that cart....let me put it on my lot and I can get you a great price.” The cart was drivable but had trouble going up a hill. “No problem” He came and towed it to his lot on consignment.... he gets 25% and I agreed. I was supposed to sign a “contract”....supposedly via email so I called him- no emails ever came. 4 times I tried to get this “contract” and the last time I said “don’t you have a copy in your office?” He said that he had them at home. I don’t think he has a consignment contract. After approximately 4 weeks, I finally caught him in front of his office and he said there were no bites and he’ll bring the cart back to my house that day. We waited around all day & no delivery. I called the next day and he said his truck was out on service calls. Next day again no delivery. I finally went down to his work place and confronted him re: towing it back to my house and his response “can’t you drive it back to your house?” I said “no the cart doesn’t go up hills.” He hinted to tie a line behind my vehicle. I called another reputable golf cart establishment and he said he would come and pick up the cart and tow it to my house for 20. I considered that a bargain. I retired from a service company and have never been with a flake/loser of a person. He has no business sense or any idea how to handle a client!!!! Beware of this company whether for a purchase or repairs. He owes me 20.
If it’s a do it yourself project, Bruce will tell you “you don’t need him.” Bad customer service after spending 1k on batteries from this company. Would’ve had more business but will not go thru this company again!!!!
Bruce and his family are top-of-the-line people. they are family-oriented and make sure that they take care of your individual needs
I was really disappointed when I didn't get my battery meter that was promised after spending 1000 on new batteries
