I had rented a water softener for years from culligan. One day I get a call asking if I'd like to rent to own and I said, sure. The sales person came to my house seemed to be in a big hurry. I asked questions and he wasn't real helpful. But I signed on the dotted line. Now I pay 50.00 and 30.00goes to interest. I got so screwed!! Its my own fault but it would of been nice if I'd been advised they charge like a credit card interest rate. I completely trust this person because he was from culligan. Big mistake.

We appreciate the service of delivering to us at our office. Its one less thing to have to GO buy. With the exception of the last fellow who made deliveries- he wasn't very friendly at all... Michael has always been great and Drew is very nice too. Rose always answers any questions we have and we are glad to have a local service providing our supplies.
Received great service when I called to schedule salt delivery. I was told it would be next month when scheduling delivery. However, I explained I didn't realize salt was low until I noticed the rusty sediment in the drainage and looked to notice it was down to the bottom of the tank. The office assistant then told me she could have someone come on Friday of that week following an installation call if I would be home. I gave her my contact info and advised I would be there to let the service person in. They came sooner than I anticipated. Great Service much appreciated.
