Went to buy new mower today and walked into store. 1 person buying a mower,I believe, and no one else in store. Not once did anyone say we will be right with you or any type of acknowledgement. They could give me a new mower and I would not accept for the service is just plan poor. Please note I am sure nice people but just don't understand human beings like this.

My daughter went to pick up a lawn mower that her husband bought, she brought her daddy to make sure she was getting the right one for her yard. The sales person never acknowledged her, and then proceeded to tell her her once you sign the papers you own it, not true you can change your mind. Yes rude service..

I recently went here shopping for a new zero turn mower... multiple sales reps were in the place and not one apprached to offer me assistance...one in fact looked at me as if i was not supposed to be there...i hate to say that i was stereotyped, and i definitely hate involving race but needless to say after about 10 minutes of shopping on my own i took my business elsewhere as i was obviously not wanted there... im now the owner of a brand new 54 inch zero turn from a much more professional establishment...and this place will never get my business
