EOMA has been the recipient of over 100 local, national, and international design awards. Moss has been honored with the Academy Award in Architecture from the American Academy of Arts and Letters (1999), the AIA/LA Gold Medal (2001), the Arnold W. Brunner Memorial Prize (2007), the Jencks Award from the Royal Institute of British Architects (2011). The office recently published “Eric Owen Moss – Construction Manual”. The 1562 page monograph chronicles 40 projects over the past 20 years. The design and construction process of each project is fully described through early sketches, physical models, technical drawings, material experiments and mock-ups, and construction photographs. The book is published by AADCU in China.

A poorly designed complex. Form at the expense of function. Lousy parking. Bad pedestrian access through buildings and to garage. Insufficient parking. Garage does not open to street. Badly thought out from the USERS perspective.
