From the appt scheduler, to the front office staff, to the technician, the customer service here is awesome! My technician was wonderful! I'm claustrophobic, this was my first MRI, and I was so nervous I had to drink a glass of wine first thing in the morning before my appt. But the technician was so sweet and calming. She made sure I was comfortable, had peaceful music playing, and reassured me throughout the process. I never opened my eyes, so that I wouldn't panic from the close quarters, but hearing her voice the whole time made me feel safe. I hope that I'll never need another MRI, but if I do, I'll return to this location.

I came here to get an MRI on my knee and it was a great experience. The office was really nice and all the staff were very polite and helpful. This is my first time getting any type of imaging done, but I would definitely come back again in the future if needed.

I have hip joint pain, my orthopedic told me he can’t do anything without MRI than he scheduled another appointment in 3 weeks. I called the same day to this people. They told me it will take 2 weeks to get insurance approval. And they scheduled appointment after 2.5 weeks. Ok, tomorrow is my appointment at 7:00, she calls me today and tells me, we have to reschedule, because we didn’t get approved from insurance. Because your doctor didn’t send documents to insurance. I called my doctor. They said, imaging place has to contact us to get some papers. They never did. And I asked my doctor personally call them and get their bums working. On another hand I called my insurance, they told me nobody requested approval. So, long story short. If their insurance people do their job, nobody would get so upset. I will not recommend! I will not refer or advice going there, unless they hire better personnel, who can do insurance claims better

My wife has had two different types of testing (CT & MRI) done at this AHI facility and both times the experience has been excellent. The facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. professional and efficient. The tests were performed on time. We will be returning here for all our imaging testing needs.
