Highly recommend! Great prices & service!! They always beat the price of every other tire store. They do not have hidden charges like other places - other places wanted to charge a tire disposal fee for the old tires and extra for balancing the tires. The guys at Bagwell & Mathis do not have all these extra fees. They are honest and we feel confident the install was well done and the tires are good quality. They also stand behind their products. Will always come back to them!

First time customer. I went saterday early in the morning to have 4 tires that I purchased elsewhere. Most other places give u grief to install something that they didn't sell u.. Not here.. Very fair and honest pricing. Clean cut service personnel.

I called this afternoon to inquire about a front end alignment and I was informed that they are first come/first served. They don't take appointments and I have no issue with that. I was then also informed that the person who performs the alignments didn't show up for work today and when I tried to ask how late they were open tomorrow to try to bring my vehicle in tomorrow, I was hung up on. Now, everyone has a bad/busy day and I can certainly look up their hours of business on their website but this was a horrible customer service experience for a potential new customer. I chose this place of business based on all of the 5-star reviews (only 5-stars - nothing lower on Google, Yelp and FB). Well, they're not getting a 5-star from me for hanging up on me. I guess call them at your own risk... EDIT: I appreciate the owner responding and will give them another try the next time I need service. I ended up going with a competitor this time.
