I have been using Cartridge World over the past year. They are extremly helpful each visit I'm there. Will be looking to utilize their free delievery service next. Alpharetta Back & Neck Center.
I purchased a Brother black toner TN-221 and it created a gray film all over the pages I was printing. I brought it in and they exchanged it right away for another. I installed it and it only printed blank pages. I called and informed them of this and was told that it was VERY unlikely that I would get two bum toners in a row and therefore there must be something wrong with my printer. I told them that my printer was working fine until I installed their toner and the problem is the toner. He said I could bring it in and exchange it again or get a refund. I told him I was on my way. I arrived 1/2 hr later at their store and they were closed -- during open posted business hours. That's three trips of my time and I still have to go back to return the last toner. As a note, I have since gone to Best Buy to get a Brother toner and it is working excellently. So, the problem is the toners purchased from this store. I was trying to re-cycle but the quality just isn't there which is too bad.
The company I work for has used this place for years. They deliver your ink in a timely manner and its much cheaper than buying from the boxed stores.
This company used to be great. I've used them for my office probably 3 years. However, I am not sure if it is a new formula, for their Brother products. But, I will no longer use them. The print quality is sub-par, with all color being matte or muted. Furthermore, when I called to get the cartridges exchanged, they told me they thought it was my print heads on two or more machines. Really!?!? Nope. Print heads are actually fine. So, hopefully they will improve. But, as of right now, I won't be using them.
